The ELF Series Field Monitors are low cost, portable, handheld instruments
designed and calibrated to measure low level electromagnetic field radiation in the ELF (5 Hz to 2 kHz) and the VLF (2 kHz to 400 kHz) frequency ranges. Bandwidths and sensitivities associated with each
model are noted in the comparison chart. Using "state-of-the-art" technology, ELF Series Field Monitors were designed at specific frequencies and selected bandwidths to provide the user with a quick, reliable and
easy way to measure electromagnetic field radiation levels associated with power lines, TV sets, home appliances, VDT's (Video Display Terminals) as well as various industrial and institutional devices. For frequency
range from 12 Hz to 50 kHz, see BBM-3D.
The BBM Broadband AC Magnetometer also offers the convenience of hand held
portability with high sensitivity and accuracy. AC magnetic fields from 0.01 mGauss to 2.0 Gauss up to 50 kHz can be measured to an absolute accuracy of
±1.0% traceable to NIST with linearity of better than 0.02% in all ranges and resolution down to 0.01 mGauss. Four frequency ranges can be selected (power
line, ELF, VLF and WB) and two analog outputs, RMS and wideband, are provided for data recording and analysis.
